The United Arab Emirates is comprised of 7 Emirates namely:Abu Dhabi (capital city), Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujeirah.

Climate - Sub-tropical,arid climate,sunshine and blue skies most of the year. Infrequent rainfall can be expected during winter season.Temperatures can range from as low as 10.5 C / 50 F to as high as 48 C / 118 F.

Currency - The Emirian DIRHAM is the U.A.E.'s currency and is equivalent to 100 fils.The DIRHAM is held constantly against the US dollar at approximately 1US$=Dh3.67.Foreign exchange centers are easily accessible in shopping malls and private centers that are open until late evening. International Credit Cards are widely accepted.

Cancellation Charges - The following cancellation charges apply on all tours and safaris:

• No Cancellation charges prior to 24 hours advance notice.
• 50% of the cost for less than 24 hours.
• Full charges for less than 12 hours.

Local Time - GMT + 4 Hours

Religion - Islam is the official religion of the U.A.E., however other religions are highly respected.

Schedules - With respect to the Holy Month of Ramadan and during summer season, routes and timings of tours may change accordingly.

Photography - Normal photography is acceptable however guests are politely advised that photography of military, some government sites, and muslim women are prohibited. With respect to local customs, please ask before taking any pictures of National Citizens.

Precautions - Some of our tours require off-road and rugged terrain driving that accounts for the excitement and thrill you will experience, however due to this, we do not recommend passengers with back/neck injuries, heart conditions, pregnant women, aged under 3 and over 65 years to participate
